The allure of the game "FreeCell" has existed for quite some time. This particular game used to be an icon on Windows operating system and these days is very often played on several platforms in an Internet based format.

The rules on this screen haven't changed since the Windows operating system version. The screen consists of a green game tableau with eight free cells on the top. The four on the left side can be used briefly to hold cards that because of some reasons are preventing progress. The ones on the right side are used to build sequences from Aces to Kings of the same suit. The objective is to complete these sequences. Below the empty cells is the game’s starting position. It consists of eight columns with face up cards. Four of them contain seven cards. The other four contain six cards. By sliding them from column to column you are able to access the required cards and advance them to the right cells in the appropriate order you want them in.

What you need to note is that one or more stacked cards can be moved into another column if the following conditions are satisfied:

The card you are going to move to must outrank the card you intend to put on it.
The only accepted sequences in the columns are on top of each other of alternating colors.

This is another form of FreeCell solitaire that is suited for beginners trying to master the rules for playing different types of solitaire games. Users can access hints and the undo option located at the top of the screen. These are to assist in resolving issues of misplaced or incorrectly moved cards. This way, the user will surely collect the necessary stacks of cards without any issues.
